Member, Clinical Faculty, U. of Utah general practice dental residency program. Trustee, Academy of General Dentistry 1997 - 2003. 1997 Utah AGD Dentist of the Year. Member Pierre Fauchard Academy, Academy of Dentistry International, International College of Dentists, American College of Dentists. First elected to Advisory Committee April 1991.
